What energises you? What gives you energy? What do you enjoy doing most that gives you energy? Strength based interview question. Many employers in the UK stared asking this type of questions to their candidates to find out if they are fit for the job or not.
There is no right or wrong answer for the strength based questions however your answers will make interviewers to decide whether you are fit for the job or not.

We can’t really answer this question for you. You will have to be honest and tell them what things motivates you, what is the source of your energy to work.

8- Changes at work? New equipment?
