What can you do with converted Liches?

Currently, there are two main uses for Liches and Sisters. Converted Liches and Sisters can be used on your Railjack's crew. Unlike normal crew though, Liches and Sisters can only do one thing: defend. They can't pilot the ship or be gunners because Liches and Sisters are typically huge, larger than even our Warframes.

Can you sell converted Liches?

Only way to sell it is to first conver it then either you or the person your trading must have The Crimson Branch built in their dojo (also im pretty sure a Lich can only be traded once). Then just go to the Crimson Branch and from there trade the lich for whatever in exchange.

Do you still get the ephemera if you convert Lich?

Players will receive a Lich's Ephemera regardless of whether they Vanquish or Convert them.

Do you get the KUVA weapon if you convert?
