How are Awoken born?

It is said the Awoken were born in the Collapse, descended from those humans who tried to flee its wrath. Something happened to them out on the edge of the deep Black, and they were forever changed.

How does a human become an Awoken?

They were transformed during the Collapse when the Traveller pushed the Darkness out of the system, causing the humans in the Reef to be affected by the Darkness and Light, turning them into the Awoken.

Do Awoken reproduce?

Awoken, even those who aren't Guardians, are also Light based people and more so then us. Yet they are stated as having children in the grimoire. Admittedly it could be due to the SIVA in them, replicate and all that. As we don't know the nature of Light, the impact it may have on the children is a wholly unknown.

Can Awoken and humans have kids?

Yes, as they are post part of the same species. For two entities to be in the same species, the must be able to procreate and have living children without mutations.

During the Golden Age, the man who would become Uldren Sov was Uldwyn, one of the nine hundred crewmembers of the colony ship Yang Liwei. He served aboard the ship as part of Project Amrita along with his mother Osana and his fraternal twin sister Mara.

The male Exo has a small USB cable. When said USB cable is plugged into the female's port, the male code is transferred as is matched up with the female code. This creates the software needed to create a new Exo. The female's 3D printer then starts assembling the brand new Exo.
