How long does it take for paint protection film to cure?

It may take several days (at least 48 hours) for the protection film to settle and cure. Try to avoid touching the film for about a week after installation. Don't worry about some bubbling during that period. It should go away once curing is complete.

Can you polish Xpel?

Depending on which film you choose, you WILL notice a slight bit of yellowing no matter what brand. Out of the roll for example, XPEL is slightly yellower than Suntek. Hence why if a client is after the aesthetics, we recommend Suntek on lighter cars.

Can you use a clay bar on a clear bra?

I would not recommend using the claybar on the clearbra since some quick detailers will discolor or leave residue which is hard to clean on the clearbra or the claybar may add fine scratches.

How do you remove scratches from a 3M clear bra?

rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) works beautifully on 3M clear bra.

Can you polish ceramic coating?

Unfortunately, no. Ceramic coatings are not standard finishes for vehicles, so polishes are not formulated to work with them. If you use polish on top of ceramic coating, you will strip the coating off of your vehicle, leaving it patchy and damaged.

Does Claying remove ceramic coating?
