Artwork from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Isabelle acts as Tom Nook's assistant for Nook Inc. Her appearance in New Horizons requires the player to move three villagers into houses and wait the full three days for each of them to move in.
In order to have Animal Crossing's Isabelle remove the villagers, players will need to discuss this resident with her multiple times. This approach could take days before the villager gets the hint. However, it is worth a shot to get rid of that unwanted neighbor.
Although Isabelle does have a few options to report villagers for being naughty, none of them actually translate into eviction. Think of these options more as a reset if a friend teaches them a bad catchphrase or makes them wear something ugly.

Complaining to Isabelle about a villager also won't move characters out, it'll simply reset them. Stop talking and interacting with them, even when they call the player by name. Tell Isabelle that they are no longer wanted around. Ignore mail from that villager. Use an amiibo to bring in a new villager and use that one to replace the unwanted villager.
Unfortunately, Animal Crossing: New Horizons doesn't really have anything going on for the character's birthday today, and the game doesn't allow players to give the character any gifts. That hasn't sat well with some Animal Crossing fans, who took to social media to share their love for Isabelle!
The general gist of it is that Nook and Redd were business partners and lovers in the past. But Redd's unsavoury actions and ways caused a rift to occur between the two of them, leading to a messy, bitter divorce that has rocked the world ever since. It's sad, truly.
Timothy Nook and Thomas Nook, often known simply as Timmy and Tommy, and collectively known as the Nooklings or T&T, are twin raccoons [nb4] in the Animal Crossing series who are apprentices of Tom Nook.
