[MEA Spoilers] Theory: The Jardaan are Protheans who crossed dark space. Humanity managed to leave Milky Way so why not previous cycles? If like at least 1000 protheans survived, they could restart their civilization in the Heleus. It's suggested Jardaan aren't natives of the Heleus Cluster.
