Is groose a Gerudo?One race the game doesn't explicitly reference, though, is the Gerudo. But Zelda Theorist, GameOver Jesse recently published a video showing evidence that Groose is actually the first Gerudo, and that Ganondorf is his direct descendant.
Is Ganondorf a Groose?Groose's red hair, dark skin, and bright yellow eyes all resemble the Gerudo we see in Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild. This could mean that Ganondorf was a descendant of Groose, as well as both of them being one of the only male Gerudo to be born every 100 years.
What happened to Groose?When Link goes to defeat Demise once and for all, and reclaim Zelda's soul, Groose remains behind in the Sealed Temple of the past, together with Impa.
